In the first one she received a year of suspended jail time, in the second one a trial has begun, and in the third one she was arrested and jailed.
"Quite predictably they left her in custody. In conditions when judges in Latvia are under unprecedented pressure and are subjected to harassment for any verdicts under the law, and not for the "geopolitical situation", there is nothing to be surprised about," said Elena's husband Andrei Krasnopërov.
According to him, the lawyer defended the position very competently, competently and with knowledge of the essence and background of the case. Elena also defended her position confidently and uncompromisingly. Now the review is possible only in a month and a half, and Elena will spend at least two months in prison again. Andrei also had a date with Elena in prison. He says that the spouse is cheerful and cheerful, as far as the situation allows.
