Nikulin Konstantin Yuryevich, born December 1, 1967 in Leningrad, former career officer of the Riga OMON, citizen of the Russian Federation, addresses his compatriots and representatives of the Russian world.
Nikulin is currently a political prisoner, persecuted by the Lithuanian authorities for the events of 1991. He was sentenced under Article 100 of the Criminal Code of Lithuania ("War crimes against humanity") to life imprisonment. Nikulin himself considers the charges brought and the sentence to be illegal, unauthorized and completely unsubstantiated. He has been imprisoned since 2007.
