Estonian citizen Ivan Dmitriev was convicted by the Viru County Court in 2025 on charges of intelligence activities for the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB). The investigation established that between March and May 2025, he collected and transmitted information about the activities of the volunteer organization "Kaitseliit," the political situation in Narva, the work of the local museum, and the movements of military personnel.
