Gorlov, convicted for streaming with a double-headed golden eagle in the background, was deported from Estonia

Konstantin Gorlov, a resident of Tallinn, who was earlier convicted for streaming with a double-headed golden eagle on a flag in the background, has been deported from Estonia, Baltia portal reported.

“On Saturday night, in cooperation with the Security Police Department, we expelled Russian nationalist Konstantin Gorlov from Estonia because he posed a threat to the Estonian state and public order,” the report says.

It is noted that the long-term residence permit of Konstantin Gorlov in Estonia was canceled. Also he was banned from entering the country.

Recall, in March 2025, Harju county court found Konstantin Gorlov guilty of justifying an international crime and assigned him a fine of 800 euros.

Gorlov was charged that on August 18, 2024, he publicly displayed symbols associated with an act of aggression and genocide - an element of the coat of arms of the Russian Federation.

During a conversation with another person in the background Gorlov had a flag of the Spartak Moscow soccer club with an element of the coat of arms of the Russian Federation - a two-headed golden eagle. On this eagle was a small emblem of FC Spartak Moscow. According to the court's assessment, this eagle was clearly visible and recognizable.
