The Latvian Prosecutor's Office has charged Jelena Kreile, a Latvian anti-fascist who advocates friendship with Russia, under the article "Public glorification and justification of aggression and war crimes," the Baltic portal reported, citing the Aleksei Stefanov Telegram channel.
Jelena Kreile was given a second criminal case for familiarization. In the first one, she received a year's suspended sentence.
What is she accused of this time? According to Elena's husband Andrei Krasnoperov, the prosecutor's office supports the charge under Article 74.1 "Public glorification and justification of aggression and war crimes.
