Dutch police have launched an investigation into a death threat addressed to the chairwoman of the Coordination Council of Russian Compatriots in the Netherlands.
According to the victim herself, the conflict started on the Facebook page (banned in the Russian Federation as extremist) “Russians in Holland”, where she is the administrator.
A native of Estonia, living in the Netherlands, began abusing advertising posts, for which he received a warning from the chairman. In response, he began posting abusive messages in the group and personally threatened her with death. He also created a fake account with her photo, spreading provocative information with the aim of inciting ethnic hatred.
The victim contacted the police, who initiated criminal prosecution on the fact of the death threat.
