The Swiss human rights organization "Justice pour Tous Internationale" (JPTi) has sent a detailed complaint to the six special mandate holders of the UN Human Rights Council, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mr. Volker Türk, and the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Estonia to the UN Office and other international organizations in Geneva, Ms. Ria Salsa-Audiffren, reports the website of the Baltic Compatriots Together.
